WILAM NGARRANG RETROFIT

A 1970s masonry building transformed into Australia's “first energy-plus retrofit”. This involved upgrades for thermal efficiency, including the installation of new high performance windows, mechanical heat recovery ventilation, VRV heating and cooling, centralised hot water, solar, added insulation, and airtightness to each of the 15 apartments.
